Tibetation Meditation MusicMost of the world appreciates music in one form or another, more often for the sake of entertainment. Have you ever considered that music can be used for healing and medicinal purposes? Music has the power to move you to tears or bring out the inner energy of everyone and liven your mood. Try to let it heal you.

After spending some time in Asia over the years, I have fallen in love with the traditional Asian instrumental music, particularly Tibetan meditation music that can often be heard in the Tibetan monasteries and temples. I find this music very relaxing and enjoyable – peaceful.

Two particular CDs that I think you might enjoy are:
Music As Medicine and Tibetan Meditation Music by artist Nawang Khechog.
